Pre-heat oven to 375℉ or as per packaged instructions
Roll a thawed puff pastry sheet and place a layer of cheese slices and then a layer of ham slices. Place the other puff pastry sheet on top and press it down to make sure it sticks well
Cut the sheets into triangles. Roll each triangle to shape like a croissant
Brush a beaten egg and bake for 25 mins or as per your packaged instruction
