Instructions
PROCESSSTEP 1(Optional): Boil some water in a pan and dunk in the green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes and strain. Place the strained beans in ICE water for 5 minutes to harden.
350 gm Green Beans
STEP 2: To a pan on medium-high heat; add in oil and garlic. Saute for a minute before adding in the beans.
STEP 3: Saute for a couple of minutes and add in the spices. Mix well and cook for another minute or how done you like your beans
Salt, ½ tsp Pepper, ¼ tsp Smoked paprika
SERVING: Turn off the gas and add the lemon juice. Mix and let it sit for at least 30 seconds before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
I generally keep the overall cook time(with the gas turned on) for beans around 5 minutes on high heat that keeps it nice and crunchy with all the nice flavor
You can add the lemon juice while gas on and cook for a couple of minutes or turn off the gas and then add it and let it sit to absorb the lemon flavor while it cools down a bit for serving
