PROCESS: In a blender; add all ingredients(except salt and pepper) along with a dash of water. Blend well to a slightly rough consistency. I like to keep it slightly less smooth than any regular chutney. Adds a nice texture but feel free to blend to your likeliness.
Add in salt and pepper as per taste. You can adjust the taste and add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice as per taste, and voila it's ready.
