Ingredients

  • 50 ml Rum Use a miniature for an upside-down cocktail
  • 2 oz Lemonade
  • 2 oz Club Soda
  • 2 oz Peach Tea concentrated
  • 4-5 Mint Leaves
  • 1 oz sugar syrup sub for simple syrup
  • ¼ cup Crushed Ice

Instructions

PROCESS:

  • In a mixer add mint leaves with sugar syrup. Muddle the mint leaves to release flavor. Add in Club Soda, Lemonade, and rum(if not using a miniature). Shake well to mix.
  • To your preferred glass (I prefer a fancy Martini glass); add crushed Ice. Pour the mint mix into the glass.
  • Top with Peach tea and invert the rum miniature (if using). Garnish with mint leaves and Enjoy!
