In a bowl, add yogurt, salt to taste, chicken tikka powder, black pepper, cumin, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice and degi mich. Mix well to create a smooth paste. The spices will give the chicken a delicious tandoori flavor.
Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly with the yogurt and spice paste. Make sure each piece is well coated. Allow the chicken to marinate in the mixture for 30 minutes.
Bake the chicken thighs for approximately 25 minutes, ensure that both sides of the chicken are evenly cooked, and achieve a golden brown color.
While the chicken is baking, heat the naan bread. You can heat the naan in a preheated oven or on a grill pan until warm and pliable.
SERVING:
Take one-half of the heated naan bread and place the baked chicken pieces inside it.
Top the chicken with pickled onion. You can also add other desired toppings such as fresh lettuce or sliced tomatoes for added freshness.
Spoon a generous amount of mint chutney over the chicken and pickled onion. The mint chutney will provide a refreshing and aromatic flavor.
Serve the Tandoori Chicken Burgers while still hot and enjoy the flavorful combination of tender tandoori chicken, tangy pickled onion, and refreshing mint chutney.
