Ingredients

chicken

cloves garlic
minced

mint leaves

tequila

tbsp
lime juice
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste

tsp
smoked paprika
2
tbsp
olive oil
Lime wedges
to serve
Instructions
PROCESS: In a small bowl; add all ingredients except lime wedges. Mix well
Cover and marinate for 30 mins
Skew chicken onto wooden or steel skewers. Tip: If using wooden skewers; soak them in water for 20 mins so that they don't burn while cooking
METHOD 1: Heat a grill pan on medium-high heat; lightly brush olive oil on pan. Place skewers on top and grill 10-12 min each side
Brush oil onto the skewers as needed. Slight black grill marks is what you are looking for
METHOD 2: You can follow the same steps in method 1 and grill these on a barbeque as well.
The cook time will vary between both methods!
SERVING: Serve hot with mint chutney. Enjoy!
