Easy Chili Orange Baked Salmon Recipe

This chili orange-baked salmon recipe is a great meal idea for lunch or dinner. Such a simple and flavorful way to get some good fats and oils in our diet. I highly recommend marinating the fish for 10-15 mins before baking so that the flavors seep in. The best part about this baked salmon recipe is that it literally takes 5 mins to prep and less than 15 mins to cook; now that’s what I call a quick and healthy meal.

Salmon is such a beautiful fish in terms of taste and health benefits and I love fish meals with fresh salad on the side or even on its own with some tartar sauce. My peanut-crusted fish is one of the most popular recipes on the blog. But if you have been looking for a delicious baked salmon recipe then you are in for a treat. The recipe gets the spicy kick from fresh red chilies and the tanginess from orange juice which gives it such a refreshing taste; the chopped parsley adds a nice earthy taste to this recipe. When all elements are baked, they come together so beautifully that you will want to make them again and again.
