Instructions
PROCESS:
Preheat Oven at 375℉
In a baking tray; add halved cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and half of olive oil. Mix well and place the block of goat cheese in the middle
Add thinly sliced garlic around and top the goat cheese with the remaining olive oil
Bakefor 20-25 mins. Take it out; top with boiled pasta along with 50-60ml pasta water and mix well
SERVING:
Serve with fresh Basil or just as is. Enjoy!
