Instructions
PROCESS:
Break the dark chocolate into a bowl. Add date sugar and cacao powder. Heat and pour peanut butter and hot coconut milk on top of the broken chocolate. Let it sit for a minute and mix till chocolate melts
Mix everything together and make sure the chocolate is completely melted. If needed; Heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave so that everything is melted well. Let it cool for a couple of minutes before pouring it into the glasses
Once cooled down a bit, take 2 small glasses and pour the chocolate mixture equally into both glasses. Refrigerate it for at least half an hour before serving.
SERVING:
To the chilled glasses, chop and add strawberries & a Tbsp of almond flour to each glass. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shards, and a bit of almond flour to garnish!
