Button mushrooms

tbsp
Olive Oil

garlic
minced

red chili
chopped and de-seeded
Olive Oil
to taste
Black pepper
to taste

stalk of green onion
finely chopped
Instructions
PROCESS
: Place a pan on medium-high heat; add oil and mushrooms. Sauté for 5-6 mins.
400 gm Button mushrooms,
2 tbsp Olive Oil,
4-5 garlic,
1 red chili,
Olive Oil,
Black pepper
Add garlic, and chopped chili along with salt and pepper as per taste. Sauté for another couple of minutes or till mushrooms are cooked to likeness.
Add in green onions; mix and turn off the gas. Let it sit for a minute before serving.
1 stalk of green onion
SERVING
: Serve as a standalone appetizer or with this
cheesy bread
