Embrace the festive fusion with our Puff Pastry Paneer Tikka Cups recipe. A delightful Diwali-inspired appetizer that marries tradition with innovation. Perfect for your celebrations!
Preheat the oven to 400ºF or as per your puff pastry packaged instructions
Roll a thawed puff pastry sheet and cut into 1 inch squares. If you have a mini muffin tray then make 1/2 inch squares
Place these squares on muffin tray and press in, they will form these cup shapes with space for filling in it
Cut Paneer into small cubes and marinate with the spices, ghee and yogurt. Mix well to ensure each piece is coated well. Note: You can marinate the paneer ahead of time as well so tha flavor infuses well
Spoon the paneer cubes inside the puff pastry cups till full. Optionally you can brush some more ghee or oil on top of each cup
Bake these cups as per puff pastry packaged instructions, I generally do it at 400℉ for 25-30 minutes. keep an eye out so that paneer does not get burnt
Sprinkle Chaat masala and some Mint chutney or yogurt mixed with pudina(dried mint). Enjoy!
