Break the dark chocolate into a bowl. Heat and pour hot coconut milk on top of the broken chocolate. Add date sugar and cacao powder and let it sit till Chocolate melts
Mix everything together and make sure Chocolate is completely melted. If needed; Heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave so that everything is melted well
Line a small baking tray with parchment paper( I used my mini loaf pan) and pour the mixture into it. Top with some peanut butter, you can either spoon the peanut butter on top. To make sure it spreads evenly you can heat the peanut butter for 15 seconds and pour it evenly
SERVING:
Refrigerate it overnight or freeze it for 30 mins and let sit in the refrigerator for an hour before serving. Once chilled and set; cut into small pieces and serve!
