Vegan-Friendly No-Bake Healthy Chocolate Fudge

The holiday season might be over but we don’t have to stop eating sweets. Especially when you can make these decadent Chocolate fudge that are super simple to make and are absolutely Healthy. And they are Vegan-friendly for my vegan audience😍😍

Not only are they dense and rich in flavor but are super simple to make and you can eat all you want. I would recommend cutting and serving in smaller pieces because of its richness. They make for an amazing and healthy dessert especially when you are looking for healthy dessert alternatives!

Vegan-Friendly No-Bake Healthy Chocolate Fudge

This vegan-friendly Chocolate fudge recipe is healthy, rich, dense and tastes absolutely exquisite. And it takes less than 10 mins to whip up!

Ingredients

  • 100 gm Coconut milk
  • 100 gm Dark chocolate dairy-free if you are vegan
  • 1/2 tbsp Cacao or Cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp Date Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter

Instructions

PROCESS:

  • Break the dark chocolate into a bowl. Heat and pour hot coconut milk on top of the broken chocolate. Add date sugar and cacao powder and let it sit till Chocolate melts
  • Mix everything together and make sure Chocolate is completely melted. If needed; Heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave so that everything is melted well
  • Line a small baking tray with parchment paper( I used my mini loaf pan) and pour the mixture into it. Top with some peanut butter, you can either spoon the peanut butter on top. To make sure it spreads evenly you can heat the peanut butter for 15 seconds and pour it evenly

SERVING:

  • Refrigerate it overnight or freeze it for 30 mins and let sit in the refrigerator for an hour before serving. Once chilled and set; cut into small pieces and serve!
