- 3-4 Oranges
- 1 Turmeric Root Peeled
- 1 medium-sized Ginger root Peeled
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 2-3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
If using a BLENDER:
Peel and roughly chop ginger and turmeric root. Add it to the blender. Peel and add oranges to the mix. Add lemon juice and blend everything till nicely blended
You can either strain the mixture now or keep it as is for more fiber content. If planning to strain use either a muslin cloth or a regular strainer and spoon. Squeeze out all the juice from the pulp in the strainer till the pulp is left almost dry. SKIP the juicer step and follow the last step
If using a JUICER:
Add the ginger, turmeric, orange, and lemon one at a time to the juicer. After the juice is extracted, follow the serving guide
