Ingredients
- 150 gm Goat Cheese
- 10-12 Cherry Tomatoes
- 2-3 cloves Garlic
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup Boiled pasta
- ¼ cup Pasta Water
Instructions
PROCESS:
- Preheat Oven at 375℉
- In a baking tray; add halved cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and half of olive oil. Mix well and place the block of goat cheese in the middle
- Add thinly sliced garlic around and top the goat cheese with the remaining olive oil
- Bakefor 20-25 mins. Take it out; top with boiled pasta along with 50-60ml pasta water and mix well
SERVING:
- Serve with fresh Basil or just as is. Enjoy!
