Ingredients

  • 150 gm Goat Cheese
  • 10-12 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Boiled pasta
  • ¼ cup Pasta Water

Instructions

PROCESS:

  • Preheat Oven at 375℉
  • In a baking tray; add halved cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and half of olive oil. Mix well and place the block of goat cheese in the middle
  • Add thinly sliced garlic around and top the goat cheese with the remaining olive oil
  • Bakefor 20-25 mins. Take it out; top with boiled pasta along with 50-60ml pasta water and mix well

SERVING:

  • Serve with fresh Basil or just as is. Enjoy!
