This delicious yogurt parfait with granola not only serves as an excellent breakfast but even as an amazing mid-day snack:)

Ingredients
- ½ cup Almond Granola
- ½ cup Muesli
- ¾ cup Fresh strawberries Diced into small chunks
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt Flavoured or Plain
- ¼ cup Stewed frozen Berries optional topping; Sub for Chia Seeds or nuts you have handy
Instructions
PROCESS:
- Layer Granola, Muesli, and fresh-cut strawberries in a glass or a dessert cup. Fill the glass up with yogurt. Top with Stewed Berries or chia seeds (if using) along with some chopped mint leaves for that minty touch. Serve immediately!
For Stewed Berries:
- In a pan on medium-high heat; add a cup of stewed berries along with 2 Tbsp sugar or honey. Let it defrost and wilt on the pan for 2-3 minutes. Stir and mix a bit and it’s ready!
