The chocolate fudge recipe was such a hit on the blog that it inspired me to create another dessert with it and these decadent chocolate fudge cups with a refreshing twist are just what you need. This fudge recipe is super simple to make and is absolutely Healthy. And yes, they are vegan-friendly!
The fudge is dense and rich in flavor, fresh-cut strawberries add a refreshing twist, almond flour adds a nice balance of flavors and the whipped cream takes it to another level. Serve it at a party or make it for any time healthy dessert; this is a super simple way to enjoy a rich and healthy dessert!

Ingredients
- 125 gm Coconut milk
- 100 gm Dark chocolate dairy-free if you are vegan
- 1/2 tbsp Cacao or Cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp Date Sugar Coconut sugar, White sugar work too
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 5-6 Strawberries
- 2 tbsp Almond Flour
- Whipped Cream Coconut whipped cream if Vegan
- Chocolate curls for garnish Optional
Instructions
PROCESS:
- Break the dark chocolate into a bowl. Add date sugar and cacao powder. Heat and pour peanut butter and hot coconut milk on top of the broken chocolate. Let it sit for a minute and mix till chocolate melts
- Mix everything together and make sure the chocolate is completely melted. If needed; Heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave so that everything is melted well. Let it cool for a couple of minutes before pouring it into the glasses
- Once cooled down a bit, take 2 small glasses and pour the chocolate mixture equally into both glasses. Refrigerate it for at least half an hour before serving.
SERVING:
- To the chilled glasses, chop and add strawberries & a Tbsp of almond flour to each glass. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shards, and a bit of almond flour to garnish!
