Ingredients

  • ½ cup cranberries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp whole Cloves; Substitute for star anise
  • 1-2 whole Black pepper
  • 1-2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 1-2 Rosemary sticks

Instructions

PROCESS:

  • Cut the apple(or substitutes) into thin slices. Place a pot on low heat; add all the ingredients in the pot except the fruit slices. Fill up the pot with 1-1.5 liters of water. Add in the fruit slices and let the pot simmer. In no time; you will have a house smelling like the holidays. Remember to keep refilling the pot with water!

GIFTING:

  • Place all the ingredients in the jar. Tie a ribbon on top and decorate with cinnamon and rosemary sticks.
