The Key Players for Mint Chutney Recipe

Here’s what makes this chutney magic happen:

  • Fresh mint leaves: The starβ€”cool, crisp, and oh-so-refreshing.
  • Greek yogurt: Creamy and tangy, it ties everything together.
  • Green chili: Brings the heatβ€”adjust to your spice level!
  • Cilantro (optional): Adds a citrusy, peppery layer for extra depth.
  • Lemon juice: A bright, zesty kick to wake up the flavors.
  • Garlic: Just a hint for that savory punch.

With these basics, you’re set to create a chutney that’s fresh, flavorful, and endlessly adaptable.
