Mint Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Mint Leaves
- ΒΌ bunch Cilantro optional
- 2 Tbsp Yogurt
- 1 small Green Chili Sub for red chili paste
- 1 large lemon juiced
- 1-2 cloves Garlic
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- PROCESS: In a blender; add all ingredients(except salt and pepper) along with a dash of water. Blend well to a slightly rough consistency. I like to keep it slightly less smooth than any regular chutney. Adds a nice texture but feel free to blend to your likeliness.
- Add in salt and pepper as per taste. You can adjust the taste and add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice as per taste, and voila it’s ready.
- SERVING: Serve with burgers, wraps, curries, appetizers, and more. Enjoy!
