- 5-6 cheese slices I like swiss
- 5-6 ham slices
- 1 beaten egg optional
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375℉ or as per packaged instructions
- Roll a thawed puff pastry sheet and place a layer of cheese slices and then a layer of ham slices. Place the other puff pastry sheet on top and press it down to make sure it sticks well
- Cut the sheets into triangles. Roll each triangle to shape like a croissant
- Brush a beaten egg and bake for 25 mins or as per your packaged instruction
